Thinkers Class (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an educational math app designed for children ages 5–12. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR‑Kids where applicable.

• No advertising IDs, cookies, or analytics trackers are used in the app experience for children.

Parents or legal guardians can contact us to request information about the app’s data practices, or to request deletion of any support communications that may contain personal data sent by adults.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data stored locally on the device. However, no method is 100% secure. We recommend using device‑level safeguards (PIN, biometrics).

6. International transfers

The app does not transmit children’s data to our servers. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed by our email provider according to their terms.
